Baby Janna never got the chance to go to Kindergarten. She never had the opportunity to make friends, swing on a swing set, play in the sandbox or even read a book.

Janna never had a fight with a sibling. She never tried ice cream. She would never run around and giggle in the rain.

Baby Janna will always be ‘Baby Janna’.

On May 28, 2015, Yolanda Rivera-Gonzalez went to work. She left her three children at home, in the charge of Jeffrey Fairbanks, who was also Baby Janna’s father.

In the early morning hours of May 29, the very next day, Yolanda made two unusual phone calls to 911. It’s important to note, that Yolanda’s English wasn’t very good, and the reason the calls seem a little odd is likely due to the language barrier between herself and the Indianapolis Police Department.

CALL #1. Yolanda called 911 and reported that her baby daughter was deceased. When the operator tried to question her further and get more details…
