Kellisue Kilcullen was born in 1972 to parents Joyce and James, in upstate New York.
In 1999 she married Jayson Ackernecht, and the two would soon have a little girl, continuing to reside in upstate New York.
Kellisue was the breadwinner of the family, as a supervisor at a local Rite Aid store in Amsterdam, New York, and she was very active in her daughter’s school, including Cheerleading and the PTA.

Kellisue was a dedicated mom. She volunteered with the PTA and with the Youth Football and Cheerleading organization that her daughter was a part of. She was well-known with the other parents in the school and well-liked.
Kellisue was always a hard worker, and in 2008 she was working as a supervisor at the local Rite-Aid pharmacy in Amsterdam, New York. People said she was the breadwinner in the family, and her husband, Jayson, worked as a volunteer fireman. If he had another job, it wasn’t mentioned.
