Husband of Missing Mom Nicole Baldwin Arrested on Federal Charges

Brett Baldwin was taken into custody on Thursday, December 14, 2023, on federal charges of possessing child pornography.

Brett Baldwin first made headlines last month when his wife, Nicole, vanished without a trace. She was last seen at their Florida home in Mount Dora on November 2, 2023.

Nicole was living at home with her husband, whom she was currently separated from. The pair had decided to share the home for the time being. Nicole has three children, two underage and one daughter who just turned 20.

Nicole was reported as missing when her items were found left behind at her house- including her Apple watch, her phone, and her purse- all items that one just doesn’t leave behind.

She was last seen in her pink nightgown and was barefoot inside the house.
